Steamforged Games' partnership together with Jagex is the latest in a string of partnerships that have brought some of gaming's biggest franchises to a tabletop experience. Steamforged Games Cheap OSRS Gold, a tabletop gaming giant, has previously created board games based upon series such as Monster Hunter World and Dark Souls and recently finished a massively successful Kickstarter campaign for a Resident Evil 2 board game raising over 1 million GBP in the first quarter of this year.
Now, the developer is aiming at the Gielinor world and RuneScape with plans to launch both a board game and a core RPG for tabletop games in the coming year. The two RPG adaptations will feature a variety of RuneScape's top characters and locations, allowing a group of five or more players to tackle classic adventures found in RuneScape and bring the adventures within the realm of Gielinor home.
Players can design and upgrade equipment, play with NPCs and tackle several side quests that are influenced from the popular MMORPG. The board game is set to go on sale by means of the launch of a Kickstarter campaign later this year while the core tabletop RPG book is set to debut in stores.
The tabletop core book RPGs will be notably compatible with the tabletop game Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition core books RS Gold, which will allow dungeonmasters to seamlessly integrate elements of RuneScape into their campaigns.
