On February 28 The Slayer skill will get an update that is the Slayer's first ever since The Nodon Front released last July. The update comes in the form of the new Slayer monsters that aim to OSRS Gold add spice to the skill of support that is the top money-maker for a lot of RuneScape players. We were aware that the update would bring three brand new Abyssal Slayer creatures to RuneScape But Jagex, the developer Jagex has now given us additional information on key elements of their drop tables.
The best deal comes from Abyssal Lords, which require to be killed with 115 Slayer to kill. The massive demons drop a new tier 92 melee weapon known as the Abyssal Scourge. This serves as an upgrade to the legendary Abyssal Whip that was first introduced to the original MMORPG around seventeen years ago. Effective attacks with the Scourge trigger the Abyssal Parasite effect, extending the duration of all melee bleeding abilities.
There are many other Lords that have interesting unusual drops too. The Abyssal Beasts (105 Slayer) will drop the Jaws of the Abyss Helmet, a tier 85 melee helmet that can be used as a power armor. Much like the others Abyssal Slayer attack creatures' drop this boosts the variety of bleeding abilities in RuneScape.
The weaker Abyssal Savage creatures that need 95 Slayer to kill aren't equipped with any unique drops. They do however drop Abyssal Armor Spikes which are a consumable add-ons to upgrade existing Armor spikes or trimmed Armor Spikes. The drop is available through all three new Slayer monsters.
While the Abyssal Slayers are thrilling, they won't be added to RuneScape for another 10 days. In the meantime, why not start training to Cheap RS Gold master these skills? The Double XP Live event is now underway and will run through February 28.
